I’m always looking for healthy treats/snacks that are quick and easy to make and give me a sweet fix without all that extra junk – and don’t contain a long list of random ingredients! When I came across this recipe I immediately thought it could be a winner, and it’s definitely something I’ll make again and again – especially since you can vary the recipe so easily.
First of all: no, I’m not pregnant! The news I mentioned in my last blog post is about me going back to work part-time as the social media manager and content producer for a fabulous local company. I’ve done a photo an hour post in the past, but that was on a Sunday when we usually get out and do more – so this time I want to make sure it’s just a normal weekday. After my job interview on Thursday I met up with Matthew and Lana, had pancakes and coffee at Broughton Deli and then decided to go to the National Portrait Gallery. We’ve seen many exhibitions, but this time I was a lot more interested in taking photos of the beautiful building instead – especially since the spring sunshine contributed with some dramatic effects.
I was experimenting with making my own online collages using Polyvore and thought I’d share my very basic creation here as well. It’s actually quite fun, and free to use if you want to try it out! This is a collage of things I’m dreaming of buying (should maybe get a job first though!).
