I usually associate white with summer and rarely wear it in winter – but it’s actually the perfect colour to brighten up a dark and rainy day! And trust me, we’ve got loads of them here…The combination of black and white also always works, doesn’t it? Simple and stylish me thinks!
I still remember a lovely light grey/blue turtleneck jumper I had around 10 years ago, and now wish I had saved it even though I thought I’d never wear a turtleneck again! But somehow history always repeats itself and here I am dressed in one – and very much liking it. Especially the lovely dark green colour. They’re so practical too, keeping you warm in the windy and cold Burgh 🙂
I never thought I’d sport a crop top at my age and especially not after giving birth – but after becoming a mother I’m somehow more comfortable in my own skin than ever before. Obviously my “mature” age also plays a role, plus that my tummy seems to be flatter post-birth (!!!) It might be just in my head, but still!
Happy Saturday folks! It’s so nice to be able to fit in my old clothes again – it’s like having a whole new wardrobe to try out! So this sunny Saturday I rediscovered my favourite skirt (inherited from my granny), my favourite necklace (second hand), my favourite cardigan (Monki), my favourite bag (from Mexico) – and introduced them to a new addition: a striped shirt I bought in a charity shop last week. All ready to go out for some lunch 🙂
