For the past 20 years or so I’ve had no interest in wearing a watch – I just don’t like how they stick to my skin when I get a bit hot and that claustrophobic feeling of wearing something around my wrist. So I surprised myself when I suddenly found myself craving not only one, but two watches!
It’s exciting times at the moment. As I mentioned in my last blog post, we’re looking for a place to buy – and I think we’ve found one we want to make an offer on! It’s a bit inconvenient that we’re going to Mallorca for a week on Tuesday morning though, but I’m sure we can work around that somehow.
I was reading a “my day” blog post by a Finnish mummy blogger, and decided that I want to do one as well – don’t know about you but I’m always curious about what a normal weekday looks like for other people with children. I’ve done a photo an hour post in the past, but that was on a Sunday when we usually get out and do more – so this time I want to make sure it’s just a normal weekday. Here’s what last Wednesday looked like:
After watching a documentary called “Cowspiracy” (watch it and it might change your life too!) a few months ago I’ve been trying to eat less dairy and cook more vegan food. For a vegetarian who doesn’t really like fish and who’s been avoiding eggs due to Lana’s allergy, veganism isn’t really that huge a leap from where I was before.
I have a serious sweet tooth and I would go as far as to say I have a sugar addiction. I love chocolate, sweet liquorice, salty liquorice, cakes, ice cream, sweets – you name it. If I buy a bag of sweets I can’t just eat a few and put the bag aside, no, I’ll eat the whole thing even though I know I’ll feel a bit sick afterwards. Maybe you recognise yourself as well?
