The Last Day Of 2015

When I think back on 2015 the first thought that comes to my mind is how incredibly fast it’s gone by. This time last year I was 35 weeks pregnant and eagerly waiting to meet Lana – and when I did, everything changed. She came in to our lives in the beginning of February and charmed us off our feet, and I’ve spent almost every single hour with her ever since. And you know what they say: time flies when you’re having fun (and changing nappies) 🙂

In 2015 Lana and I also got to spend a total of 4 months in Finland, which I’m very grateful for. I really really hope we can spend a lot of time here next year too.

I’m not going to do one of those “a year in review” posts as it would literally just be photos of Lana – so I’m going to spare you from that haha! (Plus I don’t really have the time to do it either…) Tonight we’re having dinner at a nice restaurant here in Porvoo, just the two of us. Lana will hopefully be sleeping away the whole evening at my parent’s place – if the fireworks don’t wake her up…

2016 is full of question marks, but that’s just the way I like it. HAPPY NEW YEAR 2016!!!

I’m a Swedish-speaking Finn who left Finland for the lovely and thrilling London town in 2011, but after meeting an equally lovely and thrilling Scotsman I somehow now find myself in the beautiful city of Edinburgh. In February 2015 our gorgeous little girl arrived and made us a happy family of three. Follow my blog and get to know us!
